Online Application procedure for class XI (2021-2022)

  • Please read carefully all the instructions before filling up the application form.
  • Keep your recent passport size photo (with light background) ready in image (Example- .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp etc.) format. The image size should not exceed 100kb.
  • Keep your mark sheet (softcopy) ready in image (Example- .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp etc.) format. The image size should not exceed 100kb.
  • In case physically challenged candidate, keep supportive documents ready in image (Example- .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp etc.) format. The image size should not exceed 100kb.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS (HOW TO APPLY):

Step-1: Filling up the Application Form

  1. Click on APPLY ONLINE and fill up the application form. After that you will get an ā€œApplication numberā€. Note down the application number for further use.
  2. Now you will get the PAY NOW button for paying the application fees (Rs. 500/-).

Step-2: Pay Application Fees

  1. You can pay the application fees by clicking on PAYNOW/ PAY APPLICATION FEES
  2. After clicking the button select the category ā€œCLASS XI APPLICATIONā€ and pay the fees.
  3. After that you will get a ā€œTransaction numberā€. Write down the transaction number for further use.

Step-3: Submit Application Form

  1. After paying application fees, click on SUBMIT APPLICATION
  2. Now enter your Application number and Transaction number. After that click on SUBMIT button.
  3. Now your application process is completed successfully.
  4. Download your system generated application form and keep it for further use.

N.B:

  1. In case you forget your Application number then click on FIND/DOWNLOAD APPLICATION button. Enter the name and Date of birth of the student and find it.
  2. In case you want to download the form later then click on Find/Download Application button. Enter your application number and download it.
  3. Submitted application form can be downloaded only after successful completion of application process (Filling up the Application FormĀ  -> Pay Application Fees -> Submit Application Form).
