Regarding reconstitution of Managing Committee the order passed by Hon’ble High Court dated 28.11.2023 (WPA 21233 of 2019) that formation of Managing Committee will take place according Hon’ble High Court’s order no. 7567 (W) of 1987, dated 22nd September, 1989.
